Betty H. Fairfax senior Ma'Kayla Dickerson lowered her own state record in the Division 2 girls 300-meter hurdles, clocking 41.38 seconds to repeat as champion and elevate to No. 6 in the country this season at the Arizona AIA Outdoor State Championships at Mesa Community College. Dickerson also finished second in the 200 meters in 24.02 seconds, contributed to a third-place 4x400-meter relay in 4:00.39 and placed fifth in the 100-meter hurdles in 15.08 seconds.
